Internal use in adults: 40 to 80 drops of mother tincture (MT), 2 to 3 times per day External use: cream made with 10 to 15% of Trifolium pratense MT. 1 teaspoon of MT in 250 ml of boiling water: to clean the affected area or to be used as a compress.
Precautions and side effects Since Trifolium pratense contains coumarin, it should not be taken with anticoagulant drugs. It should be avoided during pregnancy and breastfeeding, due to its phytoestrogen content. It may also interfere with hormone replacement therapy.
Characteristics: Excessive salivation. Feeling of fullness and congestion of salivary glands, followed by a significant increase in saliva flow. Development of early mumps symptoms. Cradle cap with dry scale-like crust.
Torticollis.
Cancerous diathesis: Slows the growth of cancerous tumours. Prevents cancer from ulcerating.
