Indications for Use: Aphthas, ulcers in the mouth.


  • Natrum muriaticum 30K
  • Mercurius solubilis 30K
  • Borax 30K
  • Nitricum acidum 30K
  • Carbolicum acidum 30K
  • Arum triphyllum 30K
  • Kalium bichromicum 30K
  • Kalium chloratum 30K
  • Alcohol 50%

Available in: 30 ml oral drop bottle, or tube of granules.

Dosage: Take every 15 minutes, decreasing frequency as soon as symptoms improve, until the following schedule is reached:

  • Newborn to 2 years old: 5 drops or 5 granules, 2 to 3 times daily.
  • Children 2 to 8 years old: 5 to 10 drops or 5 granules, 2 to 3 times daily.
  • Children 9 to 12 years old: 10 to 15 drops or 5 granules, 2 to 3 times daily.
  • Adults: 10 to 30 drops or 5 granules, 2 to 3 times daily.

Mix with a little mineral water and hold the solution in the mouth a moment before swallowing.


Natrum muriaticumTreats oral and anogenital herpes. Aggravated by the sun, near the sea, and in summer.
Mercurius solubilisTreats inflammation, ulcerations, and aphthas in the mouth, accompanied by foul breath and profuse, thick, and viscous salivation (in spite of intense thirst). Aggravated by changes in weather.
BoraxReduces aphthas on the cheeks and tongue (acute or chronic) and aphthous stomatitis, often accompanied by diarrhea. Aggravatedd by downward movement and by cold, damp weather.
Nitricum acidumReduces ulcerations and aphthas that bleed easily, as well as irritating and excoriating secretions; characterized by foul salivation and breath, and a red, moist tongue with centre furrow. Aggravated by the slightest touch, and at night.
Carbolicum acidumTreats vesicles that are rapidly infected and followed by ulceration and suppuration of the mouth/throat mucosa along with very difficult and painful swallowing, foul saliva and breath, and a general state of weakness.
Arum triphyllumRelieves acute and ulcerative oral and/or pharyngeal inflammation (bright red mucosa), accompanied by elevated temperature; the tongue is raw and has a strawberry-like appearance, salivation is profuse, foul, and excoriating. Condition is aggravated by heat. Difficult and painful swallowing.
Kalium bichromicumReduces aphthas having a yellowish base and adherent mucopus.
Kalium chloratumTreats mildly painful ulcerative stomatitis, characterized by red mucosa and greyish aphthas or ulcerations.

Complementary Treatments:

Calendula TM, Phytolacca TM, Cochlearia officinalis TM, or Cochlearia armorica TM (dilute 1:10 with water and use as a mouthwash).

Propolis TM (apply locally).
