Indications for Use: Ailments due to jet lag.
Available in: 30 ml oral drop bottle, or tube of granules.
Dosage: Take every 15 minutes, decreasing frequency as soon as symptoms improve, until the following schedule is reached:
Mix with a little mineral water and hold the solution in the mouth a moment before swallowing.
|Arnica montana||Relieves traumatism, effects of overwork, and stress, as well as symptoms of fatigue occurring after a trip, such as an achy, bruised feeling and insomnia (too tired to sleep).|
|Bellis perennis||Reduces vertebral trauma (lumbo-sacral-coccygeal) as well as vertebral microtrauma caused by vibration (e.g., riding in a car).|
|Matricaria chamomilla||Relieves back pain (lower back and hip), lumbago, stiff muscles,, and stiff neck. Symptoms are accompanied by difficulty sleeping, along with restlessness and distress. Subject becomes short-tempered and aggressive. Condition improved with passive movement for children, or mechanical vibration, either auditory (radio, noise from the plane or train) or visual (TV, movies), for adults.|
|Cocculus indicus||Relieves motion sickness (vertigo, nausea) aggravated by movement and passive movement, and accompanied by painful aching of the limbs and trunk. Relieves many side effects of prolonged vigilance (consecutive nights of insomnia).|
|Gelsemium Sempervirens||Relieves general muscular fatigue and pain in all parts of the back, the hips and the back of the neck. Reduces pre-travel jitters (fear of taking the plane, the train, etc.) that can be accompanied by diarrhea, as well as insomnia due to exhaustion.|
|Hamamelis virginiana||Relieves painful swollen legs, varicose veins, and hemorrhoids that occur after long periods of sitting (e.g., in a plane or car), as well as pain in cervical and sacrolumbar vertebrae, muscle and joint pain, and headaches due to eyestrain.|
|Nux vomica||Relief for the “active”, sedentary businessman and frequent traveller. Reduces calf cramps, lumbar pain, and sciatic nerve pain that are accompanied by sleep disruption around 3 a.m. and difficulty going back to sleep. Aggravated by stimulants (tobacco, coffee), alcohol, medication, and upon awakening.|
|Phosphoricum acidum||Reduces pain between the shoulder blades, and relieves mental and physical fatigue. Aggravated by anything that impedes blood circulation (e.g., long periods of sitting).|
